La nostra casa vacanze è situata proprio nel cuore del piccolo e antico porticciolo di Lampedusa, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle spiagge dell’isola.
La sua posizione privilegiata assicura all’ospite una magnifica vista sul mare e sull’ipnotico viavai delle barche dei pescatori.
Questa romantica casa lampedusana è disposta su due livelli e la zona living all’ultimo piano si apre sulla grande terrazza con patio.
È questo il posto perfetto in cui indugiare con un bicchiere di vino ghiacciato guardando il tramonto, accarezzati dalla brezza estiva, chiacchierando fino a notte fonda.
La casa
La casa è composta da due livelli.
Al primo piano, due camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale e una doppia, e due bagni con lavabo, bidet, doccia e servizi.
Al piano superiore si trova un’ampia e luminosa zona living che comprende sia la cucina che il soggiorno e si affaccia sulla grande terrazza a livello con vista sul porto. L’appartamento accoglie max 4 persone
Dotazioni e Servizi.
La casa è interamente arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort per una piacevole permanenza sull’isola, Aria Condizionata, Forno, Caffettiera, Tv, Lavatrice, Frigorifero, Congelatore, Cucina a gas e Barbecue, riscaldamento.
Sono incluse nel prezzo le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e il servizio di pulizia dopo la partenza.
La dotazione comprende anche le pentole e tutto il corredo per la tavola.
La gestione della casa è ispirata a principi di sostenibilità ambientale: per la pulizia sono utilizzati esclusivamente prodotti ecologici e gli elettrodomestici sono di classe A.
Il centro.
La casa è situata a poche centinaia di metri dal centro cittadino, con una breve passeggiata si possono raggiungere i ristoranti e i piccoli negozi dell’isola.
Le spiagge.
Le spiagge più vicine sono Cala Maluk e Cala Francese, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi.
Per le altre spiagge è possibile usare i mezzi pubblici oppure dotarsi di un mezzo di trasporto.
A pochi metri da casa è possibile noleggiare motorini, auto e imbarcazioni di varie dimensioni.

La Zona Living
Al piano superiore la zona living è il vero cuore della casa ed offre un ambiente confortevole e pieno di luce che accoglie gli ospiti e le loro esigenze.
Qui si gode dell’aria che spira dal mare comodamente distesi sul sofà, immersi nella lettura del proprio autore preferito, e si preparano i pasti da condividere con gli amici.
Questo spazio si apre sulla grande terrazza con veranda che offre una magnifica vista sul porto vecchio e sulla vera vita dell’isola.

This is the true hearth of the house, the place where you can relax on the sofa reading your favourite books after a day on the beach or enjoy a delicious meal with your best friends.

The “Terrace overlooking the old port” is right in the heart of the small and ancient port of Lampedusa, at walking distance from the centre and the beaches of the island. This romantic property offers an outstanding view on the sea and on the most authentic harbour life.
The comfortable terrace with the patio is our guests favourite spot, here you can relax and enjoy the sunsets.
The house
The house is on two floors.
The ground floor hosts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms.
On the first floor is a large kitchen-living room and a terrace overlooking the port.
Appliances and Services
The house is furnished and provided with all modern conveniences including TV, Air Conditioning, Oven, Moka Pot, Washing Machine, Fridge, Gas Cooker and Barbecue. Bed linen and cleaning service are provided.
The management of the house is based on principles of environmental sustainability: we only use environmentally-friendly detergents and Class A electrical appliances.
The centre
The house is located a few hundred meters from the town centre, a small walk from all the restaurants and little shops.
The beaches
The closest beaches to the house are Cala Maluk and Cala Francese. They can be reached within a few minutes walk.
To reach the other beaches you can use the public transport, if you like you can rent a scooter or a car.
Cars, scooters and boats of various sizes can be rented only a few meters away from the house.
